As a therapist…

I use Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapy to help my clients find more effective ways of handling the problems they face. When I work with couples, I use the Developmental model and Imago Therapy techniques to help couples resolve relational crises and communication problems.

As a coach…

I am trained in the Co-Active method of coaching, which focuses on harnessing the power that already lives inside you, to create a life that is full of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.  The term “Co-Active” refers to both doing and being, finding the balance between the two, and powerfully leveraging both.  As a Co-active coach, my role is to guide you through a process of revealing your life’s purpose, finding direction, and getting “un-stuck” in the areas where you feel stalled or blocked.  Coaching will help you find new perspective, explore new ways of being, and inspire action to live the life you dream of.

We may examine the past to understand how certain patterns of behaviour developed and how self-defeating beliefs evolved, but we will always have an eye to creating the future you desire.

How sessions Work

After the initial phone or email consult in which we discuss the changes you are hoping to make in your life, you will decide how you would like to proceed. I offer one-off and book-and-pay-as-you-go sessions, as well as “packages” of four, six, or eight sessions that you can pay for in advance at a discounted fee, and must use within a certain amount of time.  Packages are cost effective for all, but most interesting for people who struggle with follow through, and keep themselves accountable by committing money and time in advance to their change process.

Book and pay as you go

For individuals, one hour in-person or online sessions are 140 CHF. Sessions can be scheduled for longer or shorter amounts of time, and the fee will be prorated to the time spent.

For couples, 90 minute in-person or online sessions are 240 CHF. Sessions can be scheduled for longer or shorter amounts of time, and the fee will be prorated to the time spent.



My style is warm, humorous, pragmatic, and challenging. I believe in the adage that “insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results,” and I would not be doing my job if I didn’t lovingly confront you when I see you repeating old behaviors that are not serving your growth.
